Indie Creator Fund

Hopefully the numbers above make you as uncomfortable as they do us. It’s time for change.

With our newest effort and non profit Indie Creator Fund (501c3), we want to help Black entrepreneurs and freelancers start, scale, and sustain their businesses by covering the expenses that cripple us the most. By covering the cost of corporate filing, general liability insurance, equipment, rent for a brick and mortar, and much more- we’ll get more businesses operating and keep us there.

Indie Creator Fund is an equity free grant program. There’s no repayment plan. No hidden terms. No sales revenue requirement. That means the freelance designers have the same opportunity at funding as the owner of a coffee shop. We commit to giving away 100% of what we raise to businesses in need. When we say for us by us, this is what we mean.

Applications will re-open in Fall 2023.
